Our Subscription Products
Our subscription program allows you to receive automatic refills of your favorite Prima products at the frequency that’s right for your lifestyle and needs. Sign up once, save 15% on every shipment, and never miss a day. You can edit your subscription at any time, and we’ll always remind you a couple of days before any order processes. For now, just The Daily and Bath Gem. With that said, we built this program for you, so if we’re missing your go-to Prima product, send us an email at hi@prima.co and we’ll put in a good word for you.
We’ll give you the option of every 4 weeks, 6 weeks or 8 weeks — but it’s your plan, and you can skip a shipment whenever you’d like! To update your next shipment date, simply go to your “Upcoming Deliveries” page and adjust the date of your next shipment.
It’s easy! You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription any time in your Account. To cancel your subscription, simply find the item and shipment that you wish to change, and use the minus arrow to set the item quantity to zero.
We like to keep things simple, so our site-wide shipping policy applies to subscription orders as well. For orders under $75.00, shipping is a flat-rate fee of $8.00. Orders over $75.00 ship for free.
