1 packet Prima Rest Easy
1 cup oat milk
1 bag chamomile tea
1 tablespoon organic raw honey or sweetener
Directions
1. In a saucepan, heat the oat milk and chamomile tea bag over medium heat, until the oat milk begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
2. Empty one packet of Prima Rest Easy into a heat-proof mug.
3. Add the warm chamomile-infused oat milk and honey. Stir until Rest Easy and the honey are fully dissolved.
