There's something so soothing about a warm cup of tea before bed. But this variation, created by the amazing Annie Campbell, takes it to the next level. Featuring the comforting combo of ginger and lemon.

1 packet Prima Rest Easy

1 spicy ginger tea bag

1 tablespoon organic raw honey or sweetener of choice

1 slice of lemon

1 cup boiling water

2 tablespoons almond milk, optional


1. Empty one packet of Prima Rest Easy into a heat-proof mug.

2. Add the tea bag, honey and slice of lemon.

3. Pour in the boiling water, stir until the CBD powder and honey are dissolved, and let steep for five minutes.

4. Remove the tea bag and add almond milk.

5. Rest easy!
